List Serve Instructions

General Policy

The NJRUG list serve is for member institutions and Datatel staff for the exchange of information between each other.  This list should only be used for organizational information, and idea exchange.  This list should not be used to broadcast jokes, stories, or other personal information.

Automatic reply messages such as "vacation" and/or "out of the office" will result in the user being immediately removed from the list, so please update your auto message to not post to this ( or any ) other lists.

To add yourself to the list

To be added to the list, send an e-mail to njrug-request@lists.brookdalecc.edu with the only line of the body of text saying:

subscribe

You will receive a confirmation e-mail that they MUST reply to with a confirmation code. This is to prevent the system from being used to mass-broadcast e-mail via "skipping" through our list serve.
